Professional portfolio of beginner chemistry teacher focusing on the first half of the 8th year of elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu profesního portfolia učitele chemie na ZŠ pro 1. pololetí 8. ročníku ZŠ. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Zabývá se vymezením pojmu portfolio, klade důraz na pojem profesní portfolio, na přípravu vyučovací hodiny a objasňuje roli GDPR ve školství. Praktická část obsahuje vytvořené profesní portfolio učitele chemie (autorky diplomové práce) pro daný ročník ZŠ. Jeho součástí je profesní životopis, osvědčení a certifikáty, přípravy na hodiny chemie, hodnocení a zpětná vazba získané na praxích od žáků a učitelů ZŠ. Kromě toho zahrnuje také analýzu videozáznamu. Tato diplomová práce má sloužit učitelům chemie, ale i učitelům jiných oborů jako inspirace při tvorbě vlastního profesního portfolia a autorce této práce v její budoucí profesi.

Abstract:

The master thesis focuses on creating the professional portfolio of beginner chemistry teacher for the first half of the 8th year of elementary school. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters and deals with the definition of portfolio with the accent on the professional portfolio, the preparations for the lessons and it clarifies the importance of GDPR in the Czech educational system. The practical part includes the designed professional portfolio of chemistry teacher (author of this master thesis) of primary school for the given year. The portfolio includes the professional curriculum vitae, certificates, preparations for the chemistry lessons and the evaluation and feedback received from pupils and teachers. Moreover, the analysis of video record is included. This thesis is to serve chemistry teachers as well as teachers in other fields as an inspiration for creating their own professional portfolio and also author of this thesis in her future teaching profession.
