Digitalizace HR činností podniků v segmentu dopravy a logistiky

Abstract:

Digitalizace činností je zásadní pro udržení a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti všech podniků. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit personální činnosti podniků v odvětví dopravy a logistiky a vypracování návrhu pro možnou implementaci digitalizace těchto činností. Dílčím cílem bylo nalézt nedostatky a slabá místa současně digitalizovaných personálních činností ve společnosti XY s.r.o. a navrhnout možná opatření, která by mohla zlepšit již nastavené personální činnosti. V diplomové práci byla využita analýza Zákoníku práce a GDPR, kdy se pomocí této analýzy podařilo zjistit nutnost dodržování GDPR jak v rámci implementace informačních systémů, tak i ochranu osobních údajů obecně. Dále byla použita analýza sekundárních dat, díky které bylo zjištěno, do jaké míry je možné HR činnosti v podnicích digitalizovat. Bylo zjištěno, že tyto možnosti jsou velmi rozsáhlé, jelikož je možné v rámci digitalizace využívat umělou inteligenci, chatboty, HR analytiku, gamifikaci a mnoho dalšího. V rámci diplomové práce byla provedena případová studie, kdy bylo uskutečněno celkem pět rozhovorů v rámci HR ve společnosti XY s.r.o. a jeden rozhovor v rámci mzdové účtárny. Na základě těchto rozhovorů byly zjištěny hlavní nedostatky, například neuzpůsobení systémů na Českou Legislativu, nepřehlednost a neintuitivnost a problémy s přenosy dat mezi jednotlivými systémy. V rámci případové studie bylo provedeno i pozorování autorkou diplomové práce, na základě, kterého byly vyčísleny možné úspory při digitalizaci pracovněprávních dokumentů v rámci HR oddělení. V závěru praktické části diplomové práce byla využita metoda syntézy, dedukce a indukce, díky čemuž bylo možné zjistit, jak je přistupováno k procesu digitalizace HR činností v segmentu dopravy a logistiky a co může tato digitalizace přinést. Díky případové studii ve společnosti XY s.r.o. je možné zaměřit se na možné slabé stránky současně zavedené digitalizace a tím se pokusit některé z nedostatků eliminovat. V rámci pozorování je zjištěna možná úspora při zavedení digitalizace pracovně právních dokumentů, což může společnosti pomoci při rozmýšlení, zda se její implementace vyplatí či ne. Digitalizace dokumentů přináší mnoho výhod, nejen časové a finanční úspory. Limitem výzkumu je omezení pouze na segment dopravy a logistiky s úzkým zaměřením na společnost XY s.r.o. V rámci dalších výzkumů bude žádoucí se zaměřit i na jiná odvětví a větší soubor společností. Při zavádění digitalizace v rámci HR činností je však nezbytné realizovat případové studie přímo na daný podnik, protože v každém podniku jsou odlišně nastavené procesy.

Abstract:

The digitalization of activities is essential to maintain and increase the competitiveness of all businesses. The theses aimed to evaluate the personnel activities of companies in the transport and logistics sectors and to develop a proposal for the possible implementation of digitalization of these activities. The subobjective was to find the shortcomings and weak points of the currently digitized HR activities in the XY s.r.o. and propose possible measures that could improve the already set up HR activities. In the thesis, an analysis of the Labour Code and the GDPR was used, and through this analysis, it was possible to identify the necessity to comply with the GDPR, both within the implementation of the information system and the protection of personal data in general. Furthermore, secondary data analysis was used to determine to what extent HR activities in companies can be digitalized. It was found that these possibilities are very extensive, as it is possible to use Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, HR Analytics, Gamification, and much more as part of digitalization. A case study was conducted as part of the thesis, where a total of five interviews were conducted within HR in the XY s.r.o. and one interview within payroll. Based on these interviews, the main shortcomings were identified, such as the system not being adapted to the Czech Legislation, the lack of clarity and intuitiveness and problems with data transfers between the systems. As part of the case study, observations were also made by the thesis author to quantify the potential savings in digitizing employment documents within the HR department. At the end of the practical part of the thesis, a synthesis, deduction and induction method was carried out, which made it possible to find out how the process of digitalization of HR activities in the transport and logistics segment is approached and what this digitalization can bring. Thanks to the case study in the XY s.r.o., it is possible to focus on the possible weaknesses of the currently implemented digitalization and thus try to eliminate some of the shortcomings. Within the observation, the possible savings of introducing the digitization of employment law documents were identified, which can help the company to think about whether the implementation of digitization is worthwhile or not. There are many benefits to digitizing documents, not just time and financial savings. The limitation of the research is that it is limited to the transport and logistics segment with a narrow focus on the XY s.r.o. It would be interesting to repeat the survey in other sectors or companies. It is necessary to carry out case studies directly within the companies, as each company has different processes.
