Diplomová práce je zaměřena na poziční a nepoziční číselné soustavy. Teoretická část objasňuje historický vývoj číselných soustav a způsob vyjádření přirozeného čísla v číselné soustavě. Část práce je věnována převádění zápisu přirozeného čísla z jedné číselné soustavy do druhé. Zabývá se početními výkony s přirozenými čísly v různých číselných soustavách.
