Abstract:
Quantitative PCR (real-time PCR or qPCR) is a method allowing monitoring of amplification of nucleic acids and their quantification in real time. The increase in the fluorescence intensity serves as an indicator of the product’s amount growth. Fluorescence intensity is emitted by fluorogenic reporters and detected by a computer.
