Analysis of Selected Workplace with Focus on Plan to Implement a System of Quality ISO 9001:2015

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu daného pracoviště z pohledu managementu kvality, které nepodléhá certifikaci dle normy ISO 9001:2015. Na základě poznatků vycházejících z rozdílové analýzy současného stavu pracoviště a požadavků normy, je nutné identifikovat případné nedostatky a po jejich odstranění navrhnout efektivní proces implementace systému managementu kvality dle normy ISO 9001:2015. Tato analýza odhalila několik zásadních nedostatků, jejíž návrhy na odstranění jsou popsány v jednotlivých kapitolách. Pokud organizace eliminuje veškeré zjištěné nedostatky, a bude se aktivně a svědomitě podílet na efektivní implementaci systému, je reálně schopna dosáhnout požadované certifikace již od prosince roku 2019, čímž zvýší efektivitu jednotlivých procesů a zajistí si tak stabilní pozici na trhu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the given workplace from the perspective of quality management, which is not subject to certification according to ISO 9001: 2015. Based on the knowledge based on the differential analysis of the current state of the workplace and the requirements of the standard, it is necessary to identify any defects and, after their removal, to suggest an effective process of implementing the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015. This analysis has revealed a number of major defects, whose removal proposals are described in the individual chapters. If an organization eliminates any identified defects and is actively and conscientiously involved in the effective implementation of the system, it is realistically able to achieve the required certification since December 2019, thereby increasing the efficiency of the processes and ensuring a stable market position.
