Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na analýzu vzdělávacího systému ve vybraném obchodním podniku. V teoretické části této práce je čtenář seznámen především s procesem firemního vzděláváním, motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců a s obchodním modelem síťového marketingu. The topic of bachelor thesis is aimed at an analysis of the educational system in a selected business company.
