Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře (zaměstnavatele, zaměstnance) s problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Hlavní část práce tvoří rozbor důležitých právních ustanovení upravující odpovědnost zaměstnavatele a práv a povinností zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP v rámci zákoníku práce a dalších dokumentů. The goal of this thesis is to familiarize the reader (employer, employee) with issues of Health and Safety at Work (HSW). The main part of the thesis consists of an analysis of important legal provisions governing the liability of the employer and the rights and obligations of employees in HSW in terms of the Labour Code and other documents.
