Tématem této diplomové práce jsou povinnosti vlastníka lesa. V diplomové práci jsem se nejprve zaměřil na pojmy kategorizace lesa a funkce lesa, které nejen že jsou obecnými pojmy, které by měli být blíže představeny, ale hlavně jsou pro téma práce významné tím, že ovlivňují povinnosti, které vlastníkům lesa stanoví lesní zákon. The topic of this diploma thesis is obligations of forest owners. In the thesis I focus firstly on the terms of forest categorization and function. These are general terms that should be introduced closer. They are important for the topic of the thesis mainly because they influence the obligations imposed by the forest law on the owners.
