V teoretické části se zabývám procesem stáří a stárnutí, základními pojmy, častými nemocemi ve stáří, sociální prací, sociálním pracovníkem, příspěvkem na péči, domovem pro seniory. V aplikační části se zabývám náplní a rozdílem práce sociálních pracovnic v malém a velkém domově pro seniory.
