Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem popsala jednotlivé typy korporací rozdělených dle platných zákonů, dále jsem popsala statutární orgán v jednotlivých typech korporace. V další části bakalářské práce je popis vzniku a zániku funkce statutárního orgánu, jejich práva a povinnosti.
