Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na přidanou hodnotu pro zákazníka a její vazbu na logistiku. Zabývá se analýzou zákaznického servisu, faktory ovlivňujícími zákaznický servis a službami poskytovanými zákazníkům.
Abstract:
The work is focused on added value for customers and the link with the logistics. It deals with the analysis of customer service, factors affecting customer service and the services provided to customers.
