Tato práce se zabývá otázkami pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definování důležitých pojmů, které se vztahují k problematice, zejména pojmu osoba se zdravotním postižením.
