Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací nákladů zavedením monitoringu vozidel ve společnosti CHMELA-STAV, s. r. o. Teoretická část podává přehled o možnostech klasifikace nákladů v manažerském účetnictví, stručně vymezuje přístupy k řízení nákladů a především objasňuje problematiku moni-toringu vozidel. The thesis is focused on the cost optimalisation by implementation of vehicle monitoring system in CHMELA-STAV, Ltd. The theoretical part shows the possibilities of cost classification in managerial accounting, briefly defines the approach to cost management and especially explains the issue of vehicle monitoring system.
