Obsahem bakalářské práce je rozbor dohledu v pojišťovnictví, jako součást jednotného dohledu České národní banky nad finančním trhem. Zabývá se dopadem dohledu na jednotlivé pojišťovny a pojistníky, prováděním dohledu v prostředí České republiky, legislativními změnami v dohledu ze strany Evropské unie. The contents of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of insurance supervision as a part of integrated supervision of CNB over the financial market. It deals with an impact of supervision on individual insurance companies and policy holders, implementation of supervision in the Czech Republic, legislative changes in supervision in the European Union.
