Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem sdílení projektových znalostí. Bakalářská práce je případovou studií v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části jsou představeny principy, faktory a bariéry sdílení znalostí v projektech. Následující případová studie v konkrétním podniku byla provedena podle popsané metodiky. Pomocí výzkumu byl zjištěn současný stav sdílení projektových znalostí v podniku a analýzou dat byly identifikovány problémové oblasti. Součástí práce jsou i konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení situace sdílení znalostí v podniku realizujícím projekty.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the issue of sharing project knowledge. Bachelor’s thesis is a case study performed in a specific company. In the theoretical part there are introduced principes, factors and main barriers of project knowledge sharing. Following case study in a specific company was performed according to the described methodology. The research has shown the current situation of sharing project knowledge in company and the analysis has shown the problem areas. The thesis also includes suggestions for improving the situation of sharing knowledge in the project company.
