Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kritické infrastruktury, její ochranou a principem stanovení hrozeb a rizik pro území Zlínského kraje. V teoretické části je popsáno krizové řízení České republiky a charakterizován jeho legislativní rámec. Dále popisuji kritickou infrastrukturu a její ochranu a vztah k bezpečnostnímu plánování. V poslední řadě se v teoretické části zabývám obecným principem stanovení hrozeb a rizik. Praktická část charakterizuje Zlínský kraj a pojednává o klasifikaci hrozeb. Závěrem praktické části práce je vybranou metodou provedena analýza hrozeb pro Zlínský kraj ve vztahu ke kritické infrastruktuře. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s danou problematikou a navrhnout katalog hrozeb pro Zlínský kraj.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis engages in protection of critical infrastructure and in principle of determination threats and risks for territory of Zlin´s region. In the theoretical part there is described crisis management of Czech republic, and also there is characterized it´s legislative ambit. I also desribe critical infrastructure, its protection, and its attitude to security planning. Lastly in theoretical part I engage in general principle of determination of threats and risks. Practical part characterizes Zlin´s region and about classification of threats. In the end of my work there is performed analysis of threats for Zlin´s region in connection with its Critical Infrastructure. The aim of this work is to present given issues to reader and to suggest out the catalogue of threats for Zlin´s region.
