Abstract:

Anotace Jméno a příjmení: Michaela Hlavsová Název bakalářské práce: Burkittův lymfom z pohledu pacientů Pracoviště: FN Brno- Oddělení: Interní hematoonkologická klinika Vedoucí: MUDr. Lenka Šmardová Rok obhajoby bakalářské práce: 2013 Souhrn: Cílem mé bakalářské práce, bylo přiblížit téma Burkittova lymfomu širší veřejnosti. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje obecné informace o vzniku a četnosti výskytu tohoto onemocnění, samotnou práci s pacienty a nastínění jejich osobního pohledu na Burkittův lymfom a průběh jejich léčby. V této práci byl, srovnáván pohled pacientů, kteří léčbou tohoto onemocnění právě prochází a jsou tedy hospitalizovaní na oddělení IHOK FN Brno s pacienty, kteří mají léčbu Burkittova lymfomu několik měsíců za sebou a do FN Brno dochází pouze na ambulantní kontroly. Souhlasím, aby práce byla půjčována ke studijním účelům a byla citována dle platných norem.

Abstract Name: Michaela Hlavsová The title of the work: Burkitt's lymphoma in patient perspective Setting: University Hospital Brno – Department of Internal Hematooncology Supervisor: MUDr. Lenka Šmardová Year of thesis defense: 2013 Summary: The aim of this thesis was to describe the Burkitt’s lymphoma theme to the wider public. Bachelor thesis includes general information about the emergence and frequency of disease occurrence. Thesis is also focused on work with patients itself and it outlines their personal view of Burkitt’s lymphoma disease and the course of their treatment. Comparison between perspectives of patients hospitalized at Internal Haematology and Oncology clinic and patients under ambulatory monitoring was made in this study. Hospitalized patients were currently undergoing treatment and treatment of monitored patients was ended several months before this study. I agree that this thesis can be accessible for the purposes of study, in accordance with the conditions established by valid standards for reproduction of thesis.
