Diplomová práce se zabývá zapojením sester do rozhodovacích procesů u nemocných v následné intenzivní péči a dlouhodobé intenzivní ošetřovatelské péči. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké mají sestry pracující na DIOP a NIP povědomí o etických dilematech. The diploma thesis deals with the involvement of nurses in decision-making processes in patients in post-acute and long-term intensive care. The objective was to determine the awareness of ethical dilemmas among nurses working in DIOP and NIP.
