Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce, jejíž téma je rekognice živých osob, seznamuje čtenáře s metodou vyšetřování v průběhu trestního řízení, využívanou v kriminalistické praxi. V práci je zmíněna historie rekognice, dále vymezené důležité pojmy jako objekt rekognice a subjekt rekognice. Dále se práce věnuje charakteristice metody a seznamuje čtenáře s různými typy provedení rekognice. Důležitým tématem je také paměťová stopa, které je věnována v samostatná kapitola zhruba ve středu celé práce. V druhé polovině je popsána příprava, taktika provedení a průběh různých druhů rekognice. Konec bakalářské práce se zabývá dokumentací rekognice, prostředky používanými k dokumentaci a důležitostí pečlivého přístupu při přípravě, taktice provedení, průběhu a celé dokumentaci. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s celou kriminalistickou metodou rekognice, s jejím provedením a dokumentací, seznámení se základními pojmy jako je objekt rekognice a subjekt rekognice, paměťovou stopou a různými typy rekognice a jejich provedením.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis, the topic of which is the recognition of living persons, introduces the reader to the method of investigation during criminal proceedings, used in forensic practice. The thesis mentions the history of recognition, further defines important terms such as the object and the subject of recognition. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the characteristics of the method and introduces the reader to different types of realization of recognition. An important topic is also the memory trace, which is mentioned in a separate chapter in the middle of the work. The second half of thesis describes the preparation, implementation tactics and progress of various types of reconnaissance. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, it is stated how the entire recognition process is documented, what means of documentation we use and how important it is to be careful in the preparation, implementation tactics, progress and the entire documentation. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to acquaint the reader with the entire forensic method of recognition, its implementation and documentation, familiarization with basic terms such as object of recognition and subject of recognition, memory trace and various types of recognition and their execution.
