Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapování a vyhledání takových prvků sociálních systémů České Republiky a Švédska, jež podporují slučitelnost profesního života se životem rodinným. Nejprve v ní budou tyto jednotlivé nástroje obou států popsány a posléze budou porovnány, a to s cílem zhodnotit jejich efektivitu a případně navrhnout a doporučit změny pro český systém

The aim of this thesis is to map a find such components of social systems of the Czech Republic and Sweden that support compatibility of professional and familial life.
