The Analysis of the Services Provided by the Executor´s Office in Olomouc

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou služeb poskytovaných exekutorským úřadem v Olomouci. V úvodu práce jsou popsány základní zákony a vysvětlené důležité pojmy související s exekucí. V praktické části byl zhodnocen dotazník týkající se exekuce, který vyplnilo 186 osob. V této části byla také popsána organizace a zhodnoceny jednotlivé údaje exekutorského úřadu v Olomouci. Po dohodě se soudním exekutorem nebudu v mé práci název konkrétního exekutorského úřadu sdělovat. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak Covid 19 ovlivnil počet podaných exekucí a navrhnout řešení pro dlužníky zasažené Covid pandemií.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing services provided by executor office in Olomouc. In the introduction of the thesis is described basic laws and there is also explained important concepts related to execution. In practical part was evaluated the execution questionnaire, which was filled by 186 people. In this part was described the organisation and evaluated each statement executor office in Olomouc. According to the agreement with bailiff in my work I won´t share the name of a specific office. The goal of the thesis is to rate how Covid 19 influenced number of file executions and suggest some solution for debtors affected by Covid pandemic.
