Abstract:
Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mobbingem a bossingem na pracovišti. Hlubším kontextu se zabývá organizací a pracovní skupinou, vlivu řídícího pracovníka na pracovníky, vztahy na pracovišti, především konflikty, které v případě ignorace přecházejí ve vyšší formy pracovního teroru v mobbing, bossing. Annotation This bachelor thesis is about mobbing and bossing on a working place. In a deeper context is about: organization and working groups, influence directorial worker on staffs, workplace relations, especially conflicts, which in the case of ignorance change in higher forms of working terror in the mobbing, bossing.
