Práce se zabývá analýzou současných procesů vedoucích ke vzniku, změnám a zániku služebního poměru příslušníků PČR podle zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků veřejných sborů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Ve stěžejní části se práce zaobírá vznikem služebního poměru příslušníků PČR a jeho náležitostem, ale nezapomíná na rozebrání metod zániku. Práce se také zaobírá podmínkami pro přijetí …more

This thesis deals with the specifics of commencement and termination of service relationship of members of Czech Republic Police pursuant to the Act. no. 361/2003 Coll. The work is focused mainly on the commencement of service and the process, but it does not forget methods of termination of service.
