Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením celistvého edukačního materiálu a následnou edukací pacientů s indikací k transplantaci srdce. Pro bližší seznámení s problematikou je první kapitola věnována mechanickým srdečním podporám, které často slouží jako přemostění pacienta k transplantaci srdce. This Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a comprehensive educational material and subsequent education of patients with an indication for a heart transplantation. To be more familiar with the issue, the first chapter is devoted to ventricular assist device - VAD, which often serves as a bridging the patient for heart transplantation.
