Tato diplomová práce zkoumá současný stav diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice se zaměřením na diskriminaci z důvodu zdravotního postižení, sexuální orientace a náboženství a světového názoru. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide an overview of the current state of discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation, religion and belief and disability in the labour market of the Czech republic. This is achieved through an analyzis of czech case law, case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and opinions of the czech Equality Body.
