Práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a jejich ochranou v rámci pracovněprávních vztahů. The thesis deals with the issue of employing disabled individuals, and their protection within the industrial-legal relations. It endeavours to describe the social aspects of the complications the physically handicapped have to contend with while trying to establish themselves on the labour market, and also attempts to delineate the factors causing their social exclusion.
