Tématem diplomové práce je rozbor úpravy cenných papírů podle nového občanského zákoníku a zákona o obchodních korporacích. Nejprve je pojednáno o obecné úpravě cenných papírů a následně o změnách v účastnických papírech a z toho vyplývajících dopadech na kapitálové společnosti. The theme of this thesis is the analysis of legal regulation of securities under the new civil code and the commercial corporation act. First, it is treatised of general regulation of securities, subsequently, it is treatised of changes in securities emited by corporations (mainly shares) and also the impact on capital companies.
