Tato práce se zabývá popisem neživotního pojištění osob, konkrétně úrazového, nemocenského a zdravotního pojištění, tak jak je nabízejí komerční pojišťovny. První část je zaměřena na úrazové pojištění, jeho charakteristiku, jednotlivé druhy, výluky a další specifika.
