Abstract:
The main goal of bachelor thesis was to use the theoretical knowledge of ethics and morality in client satisfaction questionnaire VÚB bank. The bachelor thesis also tries to suggest some possible solution of bad results of the company.
Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo využitie teoretických vedomostí etiky a morálky v dotazníku spokojnosti klientov VÚB banky. Práca sa snaží načrtnúť určité spôsoby riešenia zlých výsledkov spoločnosti.
