The Correction of Error in the Land Registry
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá opravou chyby v katastru nemovitostí v době zakládání a vedení evidence nemovitostí a spočívající v „polovičatém“ zápisu věcného břemene pouze na straně oprávněné a nikoliv už na straně povinné. Vymezuje základní pojmy problematiky historických věcných břemen a současnou právní úpravu této problematiky. Abstract:
The paper deals with removing errors in the Land Registry in Czech Republic stacked up during ages. Describes basic terms of historically conditioned one-part recorded easements. Represents procedure of repair with accordance of contemporary law. An example is included in the supplement.
