Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku participativního rozpočtování, na kterou je nahlíženo z pohledu zákona o finanční kontrole. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of participatory budgeting, which is viewed from the perspective of the Financial Control Act.
