Adaptation process for non-medical health workers in the emergency medical service

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexně průběhem adaptačního procesu u nově na-stupujících nelékařských pracovníků záchranné služby. Teoretická část nastiňuje průběh adaptace, popis bilaterálních vztahů a motivace v adaptačním procesu. Empi-rická část popisuje názorové spektrum a výsledky vztahující se k budoucím úpravám adaptačního procesu na záchranné službě ZZS JmK. Samotným výstupem práce je implementace poznatků z empirické části, úprava ná-plně adaptačního procesu a vytvoření nástupní brožury, aplikovatelné pro nově pří-chozí zaměstnance záchranné služby.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals comprehensively with the course of the adaptation process for newly-arriving non-medical workers of the rescue service. The theoretical part outlines the course of adaptation, description of bilateral relations and motivation in the adaptation process. The empirical part describes the range of opinions and re-sults related to future adjustments to the adaptation process at the ZZS JmK rescue service. The output of the work itself is the implementation of the findings from the empirical part, the adjustment of the content of the adaptation process and the creation of an onboarding brochure, applicable for newly arrived employees of the rescue service.
