Mistakes correction in cadastral documentation

Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s institutem opravy chyby v katastrálním operátu a ujasnit tak, s jakými druhy chyb se lze v českém katastru setkat, jakými možnými způsoby je lze napravit, a postupy, při kterých je opraven chybný údaj. V textu se lze dočíst o právních předpisech, se kterými je nutné při opravě chyby pracovat, jaké správní orgány mohou opravit údaj a u kterých orgánů je možné se odvolat proti rozhodnutí. Krátce je zde také zmíněna oprava chyby z historického hlediska. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje rozbor opravných řízení, které se v praxi vyskytují a návrhy změn právních předpisů a pracovních postupů.

Abstract:

This thesis presents the issue of the correction of the error in the Czech cadastral documentation. It shows different types of errors in the Czech Cadastre of real estates, describes correction methods and explain procedures which are correcting these misstatements. In the thesis you can find, the first which legislation is necessary for correction of mistake, the second which administrative office can correct the mistake, and the third in which administrative office can be appealed against the correction decision. The correction of the error from historical point of view is also briefly mentioned here. Last but not least, the thesis contains the analysis of the correcting administrative managements which occur in real life as well as contains proposals to change of the legislation and workflows in the correction of the error.
