Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce je zhodnotiť úroveň celoživotného vzdelávania v ČR a jeho vplyv na uplatniteľnosť na trhu práce. Zdôrazňuje potrebu rozvoja ľudského kapitálu a investícií do vzdelávania. Poukazuje na vzťah dosiahnutého vzdelania a pozície na trhu, vrátane celoživotného vzdelávania. Následne popisuje koncepciu celoživotného vzdelávania v ČR a poukazuje na prekážky v jeho rozvoji.
