Tato práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy obchodních vztahů mezi EU a Švýcarskem. Nejprve se věnuje specifikám Švýcarska, které ovlivňují jeho přístup k evropské integraci a nabízí přehled vývoje vzájemných vztahů od poválečného období do současnosti.
