Bakalářská práce zkoumá možnosti zavedení nebo zlepšení opatření pro slaďování pracovního a osobního života na Úřadu Městské části Praha 8 s cílem posoudit úspěšnost a nedostatky jednotlivých opatření a navrhnout další možná opatření nebo vhodné změny využitelné ve vybraném úřadu i v jiných srovnatelných institucích veřejné správy. The bachelor thesis analyses the possibilities of introducing or improvement of measures for reconciliation of work and family life within the Prague 8 Municipality.
