Nett financial position of the new member states in EU

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyse the nett financial position of the Czech Republic with the use of accesible methods. The first part of my thesis deals with Budget of European Union, its principles, revenue and expenditure side of budget. It continues with description of trend of financial relations between CR and EU, deals with Copenhagen Summit, that took place in 2002. The base of my work is to compare the nett balance of CR with the use of different methods and to compare input entries. Calculation of financial position is aplicated also on old and new member states. At the end a prediction of trend of nett financial position is composed.

Abstract:

Predmetom mojej diplomovej práce je analyzovať čistú finančnú pozíciu Českej republiky podľa dostupných metód. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá rozpočtom Európskej únie, jeho zásadami, príjmovou a výdajovou stránkou rozpočtu. Pokračuje popisom vývoja finančných vzťahov medzi ČR a EÚ, bližšie sa zaoberá Kodanským summitom, ktorý sa konal v roku 2002. Jadrom práce je porovnanie čistého salda ČR pomocou rôznych metód a komparácia vstupných dát. Výpočet finančných pozícií je aplikovaný i na staré a nové členské krajiny. V závere práce je spracovaná predikcia vývoja čistej finančnej pozície.
