The aim of my Bachelor thesis is approaching the issue of balance of payments, to clarify basic concepts, toclarify the structure of the balance of payments and then discussed the balance of payments in Slovakia for selected years. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku platobnej bilancie, vysvetliť základné pojmy, objasniť štruktúru platobnej bilancie a následne rozobrať platobnú bilanciu na Slovensku za vybrané roky. Práca je členená do troch kapitol, v každej z nich nájdeme aj tabuľky, grafy a obrázky. Prvé dve sú teoretické a posledná praktická.
