Práce se zabývá stanovením požadavků na ERP systém v návaznosti na strategické cíle vybraného podniku. V prvních kapitolách je teoreticky popsán ERP systém, strategické cíle, obsah informační strategie a požadavky na informační systém. The work deals with setting the requirements for the ERP system in relation to the strategic objectives of the selected company.
