Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řádných a mimořádných opravných prostředků v řízení o přestupcích dle nového zákona o odpovědnosti za přestupky. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of ordinary and extraordinary remedies in offences procedure under the new Act on Liability for Offenses. In the first section, the thesis elaborates on general specifics and principles of the offense proceedings.
