Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vyživovacích povinnostech a důsledcích jejich neplnění. V první části je práce zaměřena na vyživovací povinnosti z obecného hlediska, v druhé pak konkrétní druhy vyživovacích povinností. Třetí část pojednává o problematice stanovení výživného. This bachelor dissertation deals with maintenance obligations and the consequences of non-fulfilment. In first part is dissertation concentrated on general view of maintenance, in second part are particular maintenance obligations.
