Automated process of numerical simulation verification with measurement

Abstract:

Tato práce shrnuje přehled možností realizace měřicích systémů pro automatický sběr dat včetně popisu jejich základní struktury, rozdělení a používaných komunikačních rozhraní. Je zde uvedeno také několik zástupců komerčně dostupných měřicích systémů. Dále jsou v teoretické části zmíněny možnosti a principy měření tří základních veličin, tedy elektrického napětí , elektrického proudu a teploty . Praktická část popisuje návrh vlastní USB měřicí karty pro měření zmíněných tří veličin, která by měla konkurovat komerčním produktům hlavně cenou, ale také praktickou kombinací dostupných měřených veličin. V práci je rozebrán jak schematický návrh celého měřicího systému, rozmístění elektronických komponent a celkové mechanické provedení, tak vytvořený program pro MCU i ovládací program v PC. Poslední část se věnuje kalibraci a ověření reálných elektrických parametrů navržené, vyrobené a oživené měřicí karty. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty důležité poznatky získané během vzniku této práce. Dále je uveden popis, dosažené parametry a uplatnění realizovaného zařízení a návrhy pro další vylepšení.

Abstract:

This work summarizes an overview of the implementation of measuring systems for automatic data acquisition, including a description of their basic structure, distribution and communication interfaces used. There are also several representatives of commercially available measuring systems. Furthermore, the theoretical part mentions the possibilities and principles of measuring three basic quantities, i.e. voltage , current and temperature . The practical part describes the design of own USB measuring card for measuring the three quantities, which should be compared with commercial products mainly by price, but also by a practical combination of available measured quantities. The work deals with the schematic design of the entire measuring system, the layout of electronic components and the overall mechanical design, as well as the program written for the MCU and the control software for a PC. The last part deals with the calibration and verification of real electrical parameters of the designed, manufactured and revived measuring card. In the conclusion of the work there are summarized the important findings obtained during the creation of this work. The following is a description, achieved parameters and application of the implemented equipment and suggestions for further improvements.
