Creation of positive relation between a teacher and a student

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám tvorbou pozitivního vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaký je vztah mezi učiteli a žáky na druhém stupni Základní školy ve Strání. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jakých kvalit má především dosahovat prototyp ?ideálního učitele?. V první kapitole teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na výchovně vzdělávací problémy spojené s obdobím žákovy pubescence. Druhá kapitola pojednává o osobnosti učitele v interakčním vztahu učitel-žák. Ve třetí kapitole je detailně rozebrána školní motivace a její vliv na tvorbu pozitivního vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem. Čtvrtá kapitola volně navazuje na kapitolu třetí. Pojednává o motivačním přesvědčení ve vyučovacím procesu. Výzkumná část se již zabývá vztahy na konkrétní základní škole. Potřebné informace jsem získal pomocí řízeného rozhovoru se žáky, dotazníkovým šetřením a interview s učiteli. V poslední části práce jsou popsány výsledky provedeného výzkumu.

Abstract:

My diploma works deals with the creation of positive relation between a teacher and a pupil. The main aim of my work was to find out relation between teachers and pupils on the secondary stage of Primary school in Strání. Another aim was to find what qualities above all should have an ?ideal teacher?, for students of this primary school. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I focused on the effect of the pubescence on the whole upbringing and educational process. The second chapter deals with a teacher?s personality in an interacting relationship between a teacher and a pupil. In the third chapter, there is a school motivation and its impact on the creation of positive relation between a teacher and a student in detail. The fourth chapter is freely connected with the third chapter. It treats of motivational persuasion in a process of tuition. Research deals with the relations on the particular primary school. Necessary data were obtained by controlled discussion with students, questionnaire and interview with teachers. Findings of the research are described in the last part of the work.
