Práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců v malých firmách. V teoretické části seznamuje se specifikací malých firem. Dále se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska získávání a výběru zaměstnanců se zaměřením na specifika a proces výběru zaměstnanců v malých firmách.
