The subject of this thesis is the redesign of the local magazine Hlásnik. The accompanying text consists of theoretical and artistic-didactic parts. The theoretical part explains the definitions of the terms newspaper, periodical, magazine and „newsletter“. Predmetom diplomovej práce je redesign mestského časopisu Hlásnik. Sprievodný text sa skladá z teoretickej a umelecko-didaktickej časti. Teoretická časť objasňuje definície termínov noviny, časopis, magazín a „spravodaj“. V stručnosti mapuje dejiny časopisu a analyzuje design mestských periodík Senicko-Skalicka.
