Tématem práce je zhodnocení Completion strategy-Strategie pro dokončení činnosti ICTY. Cíl práce je totožný se stanovenou výzkumnou otázkou:zjistit nakolik je tato strategie dosažitelná a nakolik ji ICTY plní. V úvodní části je popsán vznik a fungování ICTY,analyzován jeho Statut. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the creation of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), as well as the Statute of this Tribunal. The puprose od the second part is to descibe the development of the ICTY Completion strategy. Component parts od ICTY CS are described and the ICTY CS is evaluated.
