Investment assessment in agricultural conditions

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivity investic v podmínkách zemědělského podniku JMK agro s.r.o., za využití dynamických a statických metod hodnocení investičních projektů. Teoretická část této práce rozebírá specifika řízení a financování investičních projektů, se zaměřením na vyzdvižení specifik pro zemědělský podnik zaměřený na rostlinnou výrobu. Dále teoretická část práce popisuje metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic, které slouží jako východisko pro praktickou část práce. Ta blíže popisuje prostředí zkoumaného podniku JMK agro s.r.o. a východiska pro realizaci dvou variant investičních projektů zaměřených na robotizaci a automatizaci výrobních procesů v rostlinné výrobě. Na základě výsledků hodnocení efektivity obou variant investice jsou dále sepsána srovnání obou variant a vyzdvižena doporučení pro realizace té varianty, která bude mít pro firmu větší, nejen finanční, přínosy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the efficiency of investments in the conditions of the agricultural company JMK agro s.r.o., using dynamic and static methods of evaluation of investment projects. The theoretical part of this thesis analyses the specifics of management and financing of investment projects, focusing on highlighting the specifics for an agricultural company focused on crop production. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis describes the methods of evaluating the efficiency of investments, which serve as a starting point for the practical part of the thesis. The latter describes in more detail the environment of the studied company JMK agro s.r.o. and the basis for the implementation of two variants of investment projects focused on robotization and automation of production processes in crop production. On the basis of the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of both investment variants, comparisons of both variants are made and recommendations for the implementation of the variant that will have greater benefits for the company, not only financial ones, are highlighted.
