Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce seznamuje s problematikou jaterních onemocnění včetně jaterních nádorů s důrazem na hepatocelulární karcinom. Věnuje se také popisu technik radiofrekvenční ablace jater a mikrovlnné ablace jater, druhu instrumentária používaného při těchto výkonech a roli radiologického asistenta při těchto výkonech. Hlavní část práce se zabývá vyhodnocením souboru pacientů, u kterých byla provedena radiofrekvenční ablace nebo mikrovlnná ablace jaterních malignit pod CT kontrolou. Dále druhem a počtem komplikací, které mohou u těchto výkonů nastat. V závěru shrnuje získané poznatky a porovnává dosažené výsledky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of liver diseases, including liver tumors, with emphasis on hepatocellular carcinoma. It also describes radiofrequency ablation of liver and microwave ablation of liver, the type of instrumentation used in these procedures, and the role of the radiological assistant during these performances. The main part deals with the evaluation of patients, who had undergone radiofrequency ablation or microwave ablation of liver tumors under CT control. Furthermore, it describes the type and number of complications that can occur during these performances. The conclusion summarizes the lessons learned and compares the results.
