Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje spuštění a popisu provozu Integrovaného bezpečnostního centra (IBC) v Ostravě, nejen po stránce technické a technologické, ale také pracovní, se kterou se zaměstnanci nejenom na pozicích operátorů tísňových linek musí dnes a denně potýkat.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the description of starting and operation of the Integrated Safety Centre (IBC) in Ostrava, both the technical and technological, but also work with you to employees in positions not only emergency operators must face every day.
