Study of lateral distribution of elelments by means of LA-ICP-MS
Abstract:
Metoda laserové ablace s indukčně vázaným plazmatem ve spojení s hmotnostním spektrometrem (LA-ICP-MS) byla využita pro studium plošné distribuce prvků v korozně narušeném kovovém materiálu a v řezech tasemnice. Pro oba typy materiálů byly optimalizovány parametry laserové ablace. Naměřená data byla zpracována ve formě 2D map.
Abstract:
Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) was applied for lateral distribution study of elements in corrosion samples and in tapeworm cross section. Laser ablation parameters were optimalized for both types of studied materials. 2D maps of elements were created.
